Daniele Dreitzer, MSW
Executive Director
Daniele has led the agency since 2002. Under her leadership, HACA’s programs and funding have grown considerably, leading to a current annual budget of $1.5 million with a range of programs and funding streams to address a variety of community needs. Daniele’s primary responsibilities are grant writing and management, work with the Board of Directors and other volunteers and donors, and representing HACA in a variety of organizations and networks to further HACA’s mission and the needs of our clients.
Marjory Barrett, BA
Housing and Basic Needs Director
Marjory has administered the program area of HACA since joining the agency in 2003. Marjory leads a staff of case managers in the administration of HACA’s housing and basic needs programs, including the food pantry, clothing closet, prescription assistance, and a full range of housing programs from one night emergency shelter to two years of subsidized housing. Marjory also works as a liaison with other social service agencies to provide access to HACA’s resources and to offer use of HACA’s facility to improve the range of services available in the Henderson area.
Leigh Aurbach, MPA
Development Director
Leigh joined HACA in April 2006, with a wealth of experience in child advocacy, healthcare, and fundraising. She oversees donor development and recognition, the volunteer program, special events, marketing, and public relations for HACA.
Mike Fletcher, BA
Family Support Services Manager
Mike started with HACA in late 2006 as part of the staff for the new Differential Response program. Mike has extensive experience in working with at-risk youth in a variety of programs. He works directly with families referred from CPS to the Differential Response Program, linking families to needed resources and improving the safety and well-being of children.
Jo Ann Holt
Family Resource Program Manager
Jo Ann has been working with HACA for over 8 years, starting as a volunteer and working her way to a full-time staff member. Jo Ann oversees HACA’s activities as a state-funded Family Resource Center, providing case management, organizing community events, working with local schools and partner organizations, and doing outreach to make the neighborhoods of the Family Resource Center area aware of our services and programs.
Kay Manard, MSW
Senior Program Manager
Kay started with HACA as a practicum student in the Social Work Masters program at UNLV. She then joined HACA as a staff person, managing programs related to senior services, including outreach at senior housing two mornings per week. She has a specialized niche in senior issues, funding, and services. Kay oversees HACA’s annual Homebound Senior Thanksgiving Meal Delivery and gathers information relevant for seniors in a variety of contexts.
Molly Puno
Family Support Services Intervention Case Manager
Molly has worked with HACA since 2005 in a variety of capacities. Currently, Molly serves as the case manager for the Family Support Intervention Program, assisting families referred by local at-risk elementary schools with addressing issues of concern to prevent future abuse and neglect and keep families intact. Molly speaks Spanish fluently and provides an atmosphere of support and concern in helping families achieve case goals.
